1. Business Channel

Boost credibility with a Business Channel and take advantage of exclusive features and benefits.

➊ Business Channel Badge A badge is issued to channels that have verified their business information through a separate review process.

➋ Biztools Profiles that become Business Channels can use Biz Message (Info Talk, Ad Talk, CS Talk), Kakao Sync, and other business tools.

2. Business Performance (Last 7 Days)

Check your business performance at a glance and measure the effectiveness of active features.

➊ Number of Friends The number of friends added in the past 7 days, calculated by subtracting the total from 8 days ago from yesterday's total.

➋ Channel Views The total number of times your channel was viewed in the past 7 days as of yesterday.

➌ Posts - The total number of post views on your channel in the past 7 days as of yesterday. - The total accumulated engagement (likes, comments) on channel posts in the past 7 days as of yesterday.

➍ 1:1 Chat The number of users who requested 1:1 chats in the past 7 days as of yesterday.

➎ Chatroom Menu Clicks The total number of times users clicked the chatroom menu in the past 7 days as of yesterday.

➏ Messages - The total number of messages sent in the past 7 days as of yesterday. - Impressions refer to the number of times users entered the chatroom and viewed a message. If the same message is viewed multiple times, it is not counted again.

➐ Coupons The total number of coupon entries received in the past 7 days as of yesterday.

3. Similar Industry Channels
