1. Info Talk / Ad Talk (Ad Talk: TBD)

Info Talk and Ad Talk do not have a dedicated messaging platform provided by Kakao. They are only available through the KakaoTalk Biz Message API.
The KakaoTalk Biz Message API can be integrated with a company's CRM, commerce, or logistics system, enabling targeted messages to be sent to individual customers. For example, when a customer makes a purchase, the system can automatically send order details via KakaoTalk. Businesses with a large friend base and a structured customer management system can benefit from using the KakaoTalk Biz Message API.
However, only legally obtained phone numbers can be used for Biz Message delivery, and all content must comply with the Information and Communications Network Act and Kakao's guidelines.

2. CS Talk(TBD)

CS Talk is an API service that enables real-time chat between KakaoTalk users and company representatives.
Users can initiate a chat through a company's Kakao Talk Channel on mobile or PC, while customer support consultants respond via a dedicated chat interface integrated with Kakao’s CS Talk.
However, CS Talk is a service that provides technical specifications (API) for message request processing and delivery status tracking, along with access permissions to Kakao’s systems. It does not include the setup of a complete customer support chat system.
