Checking Performance Metrics

Here is an overview of the Report tool in Kakao Global DSP, which allows you to check and adjust your ad account performance. Instead of using a fixed dashboard, you can create report templates tailored to each advertiser’s specific needs.

1. Creating a Report

By creating a report template suited to your analysis goals, you can quickly generate reports using the templates you prepared in advance.

Step 1. Go to "Report" > "Report Builder"

Step 2. Set up the report. Select the Report Name, Dimensions, Metrics, and other options.

Report
Report Name Enter the name of the report.
Date Range Select the analysis period. You can select Today, Yesterday, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, or specify a custom range.
Dimensions Select the analysis criteria. For example, if you select Day, you can view daily analysis results. If you select Campaign Name, you can view analysis results by campaign.
Metrics Select the metrics you want to analyze. You can select metrics from the dropdown menu.
Currency Select the currency to be displayed in the report. You can choose between KRW and USD.
Time Zone Select the analysis time zone. You can choose by country or city from the dropdown menu.

Time Zone: Advertisements are delivered according to the time zone configured by the advertiser, and the served data is converted to match the 'Time Zone' setting in the 'Report Builder' page for accurate reporting.

Step 3. Click [ Save Report ] to save the report template.

Step 4. If you want to analyze the current ad performance based on the report template set in step 2, click [ Generate ]. A report will be generated.

Step 5. If you want to save the generated report separately, select [ Download as a CSV ] at the top right. You can use the data for further processing.

2. Using Saved Reports

You can load a template created in "1. Creating a Report" and instantly generate a report.

Step 1. Go to "Report" > "Saved Report"

Step 2. Click the Report Name you want to use.

Step 3. Check if the selected Metrics, Dimensions, and Filters are correct, then click [ Generate ] to create the report.

Step 4. If you want to save the generated report separately, select [ Download as a CSV ] at the top right. You can use the data for further processing.

3. Sending Reports Automatically

You can register email addresses to receive reports automatically by attaching the file based on a saved template.

Step 1. Go to "Report" > "Saved Report"

Step 2. Select the report template you want to send automatically. You can select from templates previously created in the "Report Builder" menu.

Step 3. Click the "Schedule" tab.

Step 4. Enter the details for the report to be sent automatically, then click [Save Schedule].

Schedule
Email Title This is the title of the report you will receive.
Frequency Daily: The report will be sent automatically every day at the designated time. Every Monday: The report will be sent automatically every Monday at the designated time. On the 1st day of every month: The report will be sent automatically on the first day of every month at the designated time.
Hour Select the time you want to receive the report.
Scheduled Time Zone The report will be sent based on the selected time zone.
Recipient Emails Select the time zone for receiving the report
