# 채널 정보 등록

딜러사가 전자문서 서비스의 알림톡 발송 채널 정보를 입력하지 않은 경우, 이용기관 관리자는 이용기관의 사업자번호로 인증된 채널을 알림톡 발송 채널로 등록하거나 신규 비즈니스 채널 개설을 신청할 수 있습니다. 

* 비즈니스 채널 : 이용기관의 사업자번호로 인증된 채널  
* 내 채널 : 내가 '마스터'인 일반 채널

**➊ 채널 목록**&#x20;

선택 가능한 채널이 있는 경우, 채널 목록에서 ‘비즈니스 채널’이나 ‘내 채널’을 선택할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

* 비즈니스 채널 :  '채널 정보 등록' 버튼 클릭 시, 채널 정보를 즉시 등록할 수 있습니다.&#x20;
* 내 채널 : 비즈 채널 전환 버튼 클릭 시, 비즈니스 채널 전환 신청을 할 수 있는 '카카오비즈니스 파트너센터' 로 이동합니다.&#x20;

* 비즈니스 채널 등록 시 에러(-4000606) 노출 : 카카오비즈니스 파트너센터 > 채널홈에서 전화번호 입력 여부를 확인해주세요.&#x20;

**➋ 새 채널 만들기**&#x20;

선택 가능한 채널이 없는 경우,  비즈니스 채널을 개설하여 등록할 수 있습니다. &#x20;

'새 채널 만들기 '버튼 클릭 시, 비즈니스 채널을 개설할 수 있는 '카카오비즈니스 파트너센터' 로 이동합니다.&#x20;
