# 이용기관 계약조회

## 1. 이용기관 계약조회

담당 이용기관의 계약을 조회하고 생성, 수정할 수 있습니다.

조회된 계약의 상세정보 ‘보기’ 버튼을 클릭하면, 해당 계약정보의 상세조회 화면으로 이동합니다.

&#x20;**➊ 검색**

* **계약기간**: 계약시작일/계약종료일이 포함되는 구간을 선택하여 특정 계약을 검색할 수 있습니다.
* **사업자명**: 이용기관의 사업자명으로 등록된 계약을 검색할 수 있습니다.
* **상품**: 특정 상품을 필터하여 선택된 상품 계약을 검색할 수 있습니다.
* **상태**: 이용상태/과금상태를 선택하여 특정 상태인 계약을 검색할 수 있습니다.

**➋ 계약추가**

계약추가 버튼을 클릭하여 계약추가 화면으로 이동할 수 있습니다.

**➌ 검색결과**

검색된 계약을 조회할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

**➍ 엑셀 다운로드**

조회된 결과를 엑셀 파일로 다운받을 수 있습니다.

## 2. 계약정보 상세조회

계약 조회 화면에서 선택한 특정 계약에 대한 상세 정보를 조회할 수 있습니다.

**➊ 사업자명/기관명**

조회 중인 계약정보를 가진 이용기관의 사업자명과 기관명을 확인할 수 있습니다.

기관 정보 보기 버튼을 클릭하면 선택된 기관의 상세정보를 조회할 수 있습니다.<br>

**➋ Settle 선택**

등록된 Settle 중, 조회하려는 Settle을 선택하여 생성된 기본 정보와 계약정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

우측 ‘삭제’ 버튼으로 등록된 계약이 없는 Settle은 삭제할 수 있습니다.

**➌ 이메일 재전송/Settle 추가**

* **이메일 재전송**: 조회 중인 Settle에 대한 정보를 연동담당자의 이메일로 재전송합니다.
* **Settle 추가**: 조회 중인 기관에 새로운 Settle을 추가합니다.

**➍ 기본정보**

* **Settle 명**: Settle을 구분할 수 있는 이름을 지정할 수 있습니다.
* **Settle 구분**: Settle의 테스트용/운영용 구분을 확인할 수 있습니다.
* **Settle ID**: 생성된 Settle ID를 확인할 수 있습니다.
* **CI 활용여부**: 설정된 CI 활용여부를 확인할 수 있습니다.
* **연동담당자 이름**: 서비스를 연동하는 담당자의 이름을 확인할 수 있습니다.
* **연동담당자 이메일**: Settle 정보와 생성된 계약의 안내 메일을 수신 받는 이메일 주소를 확인할 수 있습니다.

**CI 활용여부**

CI 활용여부를 ‘활용'으로 선택하면, 검증하기 API 호출 시 카카오계정 CI를 내려받아 회원을 식별할 수 있습니다. ‘활용'으로 설정한 Settle에 속한 상품으로 서명을 요청하면 사용자의 인증 요청 화면 하단에서 ‘개인정보 제 3자 제공 동의' 체크 박스가 노출됩니다.

※ CI 활용여부 항목은 ‘인증 서비스’ 이용기관의 Settle에만 노출됩니다.

※ 이용기관 정보에 CI 활용여부 설정이 ‘활용안함'인 경우, CI를 활용할 수 없습니다.

**➎ Settle 정보 수정**

버튼을 클릭하여 생성된 Settle 정보를 수정할 수 있습니다.

Settle 구분과 Settle ID를 제외한 정보를 수정할 수 있습니다.

**➏ 계약정보**

해당 Settle에 등록된 상품 계약정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

**➐ 계약추가**

조회 중인 Settle에 새로운 상품 계약을 추가할 수 있습니다.

버튼을 클릭하면 계약추가 화면으로 이동합니다.

**➑ 계약수정**

선택한 계약의 이용상태에 따라 정보를 수정할 수 있습니다.

버튼을 클릭하면 이용기관 계약수정 팝업이 나타납니다.

## 3.  계약정보 수정하기

계약정보는 이용상태에 따라 수정할 수 있는 항목이 달라집니다.

### 3-1. 이용대기

아직 계약기간이 시작되지 않은 ‘이용대기’ 상태의 계약은 **계약기간**과 **자동연장설정(여부, 주기)**&#xB97C; 수정할 수 있습니다.

### 3-2. 이용중

이미 계약기간이 시작된 ‘이용중’ 상태의 계약은 **자동연장설정(여부, 주기)**&#xC640; **이용상태**를 수정할 수 있습니다.

**이용상태 유의사항**

부정 사용 등 특정 사유로 사용을 중단시켜야 하는 경우, 이용상태를 ‘이용정지'로 수정하여 상품 이용을 정지시킬 수 있습니다.

이용정지로 변경하면 즉시 서비스를 호출할 수 없으니 변경에 유의해 주세요.

### 3-3. 이용정지

이용을 정지시킨 ‘이용정지' 상태의 계약은 **이용상태**를 수정할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

‘이용중' 상태로 변경하면 다시 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
