# 상품 조회 및 상태별 안내

## **상품 목록**

## **상품 상태별 안내**&#x20;

### &#x20;**1) 상품 심사 상태**

* 예약 상품의 현재 심사상태는 '상품 상세' 화면의 상단에 노출됩니다.
* 예약 상품을 생성하면, 3\~5일의 내부 심사를 거쳐 최종 등록이 완료됩니다. 이 때, 심사가 반려되는 경우 반려사유를 확인하고 재심사를 요청해주세요.
* 최초로 상품을 등록하는 경우, 자동으로 생성되는 상품은 별도의 심사를 거치지 않기 때문에 상품 생성과 동시에 바로 예약을 받을 수 있습니다.

* 예약불가 상태 또는 운영제재 상태의 경우, 상품 상페 페이지 상단에 알림 메시지가 노출됩니다. 각 알림 메시지 내 필요 액션을 진행한 후 예약 가능 상태로 상품 상태값이 변경되어야 정상적으로 예약을 받을 수 있습니다.

### &#x20;**2) 판매중 / 판매중지**&#x20;

상품관리 화면에서는 판매중/판매중지 상품을 각각 구분해서 볼 수 있습니다.

각 탭에서 보여지는 상품의 상태값들은 다음과 같습니다.

**\[판매중]**

* 예약 가능 : 현재 상품이 예약이 가능한 상태이며, 상품의 노출 여부를 설정할 수 있습니다.
* 임시 저장 :  상품이 아직 등록되기 전 임시로 저장된 상태입니다. 상품 등록을 완료해야 예약을 받을 수 있는 상태가 됩니다.
* 심사중 : 등록된 상품이 현재 심사과정에 있는 상태입니다. 심사는 3\~5일 정도 소요되며, 심사 승인 시 예약을 받을 수 있습니다.
* 판매 예정 : 상품 등록 및 심사는 완료되었으나, 아직 상품의 예약 시작일시가 도래하지 않은 상태입니다. 예약 시작일시가 도래하면, '예약 가능' 상태로 상태값이 변경됩니다.
* 예약 마감 : 설정한 시간의 재고가 모두 소진된 경우 예약이 마감 처리됩니다.

**\[판매 중지]**

* 예약 불가 : 현재 예약이 불가한 상태입니다. 예약을 받으려면 예약 가능 상태로 변경해주세요.
* 운영 제재 : 특정 사유에 의해 예약 상품 운영이 제한된 상태입니다. [고객센터](https://cs.kakao.com/helps?service=215)로 문의주세요.
* 심사 반려 : 예약 상품에 대한 심사가 반려된 상태입니다. 반려 사유를 확인하고 상품 정보 수정 후 재심사를 요청해주세요.

## **삭제 / 복사**&#x20;

* 등록한 예약 상품을 삭제하거나 복사하는 기능을 통해 예약을 더 간편하게 관리할 수 있습니다.
* 상품 관리 > 상품 목록에서 상품의 우측 상단의 더보기 버튼을 누르면 상품 복사/삭제를 선택할 수 있는 창이 뜹니다.&#x20;
* 상품 복사 : 현재 심사중이거나 심사반려, 운영제재 상태의 상품은 복사가 불가능합니다.
* 상품 삭제 : 기본적으로 삭제를 시도하는 시점 기준으로 미완료 예약 건이 남아있는 경우는 상품 삭제가 불가능하며, 운영중인 상품은 예약 불가 상태로 변경 후 삭제가 가능합니다. (운영중 상태인 예약 가능, 예약 마감, 판매 예정 상태에서는 상품의 바로 삭제가 불가능합니다)

## **상품 미리보기**

* 상품 미리보기는 등록한 상품을 심사가 완료되기 전에 미리 확인할 수 있는 기능입니다&#x20;
* 상품 상세 페이지 하단에 '상품 미리보기 버튼'을 클릭하면 실제로 이용자에게 보여지는 내 상품의 예약 화면을 확인해볼 수 있습니다.&#x20;
