## 간편 채팅 카드

* 간편 채팅 카드 설정은 **\[카카오톡 채널 관리자센터 > 프로필 > 채널홈 설정]**에서 진행하실 수 있습니다.
* 채널홈에 채팅 카드를 노출하면 더욱 간편하게 고객을 응대하고, 고객과 소통할 수 있습니다. 자동응답(간편) 채팅을 활용하여 채널홈에서 고객과 적극적으로 소통할 수 있는 창구를 만들어 보세요.

### **1.간편 채팅 카드 추가하기**

채널홈 내 간편 채팅 카드가 추가되어 있지 않은 경우, '**+카드 추가**' 버튼을 눌러 간편 채팅 카드를 목록에 추가하실 수 있습니다.

### **2. 간편 채팅 설정**

**➊ 간편 채팅 카드 설정하기**                                                                                                                                                      &#x20;

**\[카카오톡 채널 관리자 센터 > 비즈니스 도구 > 채팅방 메뉴]**&#xC5D0;서 설정한 자동 응답 채팅 내용이 순서대로 노출됩니다. 수정이 필요할 경우 채팅방 메뉴에서 설정해 주세요. 사용자가 채널 홈에서 해당 카드 클릭할 경우, 채팅방으로 이동하여 자동 응답 메시지가 실행되고 사용자는 응답 메시지를 받게 됩니다.&#x20;

**➋ 카드 항상 닫기**

선택 체크/해제를 통해 채널홈에 노출되는 카드를 항상 닫거나 노출할 수 있습니다.

### **3. 간편 채팅 작성하기**

간편 채팅을 작성하시려면 '채팅방 리스트 메뉴' 카테고리로 넘어가게 됩니다. \
