## 1. **웰컴메시지**

* 카카오톡 사용자가 내 채널을 친구로 추가하면 자동으로 웰컴메시지가 발송됩니다. 채널의 간단한 소개 및 환영 인사를 담은 메시지로 바꿔보세요.
* 웰컴메시지 설정은 **\[카카오톡 채널 관리자센터 > 메시지 > 웰컴메시지]**에서 설정하실 수 있습니다.

#### ➊ 메시지 선택

• 기존에 작성했던 웰컴메시지를 불러올 수 있습니다. (단, 톡명함 연결된 웰컴메시지는 불러오기 불가)\
• 신규 작성 선택 시 입력한 내용이 초기화되며 새로운 웰컴메시지를 작성할 수 있습니다.

#### ➋ 콘텐츠 첨부

• 웰컴메시지에 이미지 / 동영상을 첨부할 수 있습니다.\
• 콘텐츠를 첨부하지 않아도 웰컴메시지를 등록할 수 있습니다.

#### ➌ 내용(광고)

• 채널 추가 시 채널추가 안내메시지와 웰컴메시지가 분리된 메시지로 발송됩니다.\
• 웰컴메시지 내용은 최대 400자까지 입력할 수 있습니다.\
• 야간(오후 8시 55분 \~ 익일 오전 8시)에 채널을 추가한 경우, 채널 추가된 시점에는 채널추가 안내메시지만 발송되며 설정하신 웰컴메시지는 익일 오전 8시에 발송됩니다.

#### ➍ 버튼

• 소식 / 쿠폰 / 링크 / 채널홈 랜딩 버튼을 웰컴메시지에 추가할 수 있습니다.\
• 버튼은 최대 2개까지 설정할 수 있습니다.\
• 버튼을 설정하지 않아도 웰컴메시지를 발송할 수 있습니다.
