카카오톡 알림톡은 카카오톡 채널을 통해 발송되는 정보성 메시지로 고객에게 반드시 전달되어야 하는 주문, 결제, 입출금, 배송, 견적서 등의 메시지를 카카오톡 채널을 통해 수신할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 입니다.

정보성 메시지란?

정보성 메시지는 정보통신망법 안내서에 '영리목적 광고성 정보의 예외'에 해당하는 메시지로 수신자가 광고성 정보의 수신을 거부하더라도 전송자와 수신자 간의 계약이나 거래관계로 인하여 수신자에게 반드시 전달해야 할 필요가 있는 정보를 의미합니다.
