# お問い合わせ
カカオGlobal DSPのご利用に関してご不明な点がございますか？ご不明な点がございましたら、以下の方法でお問い合わせください。
## 1. Support
カカオグローバルDSPが提供する1:1お問い合わせフォームからお問い合わせを承っております。
運用担当者が確認後、お問い合わせの下に回答させていただきます。
**Step 1.** 右上にある**\[Support]**ボタンをクリックしてください。
**Step 2.** **\[Create]**ボタンをクリックすると、新しいお問い合わせを作成できます。
## 2. 新規導入に関するお問い合わせ

広告主/代理店の広告の新規導入については、までお問い合わせください。

## 3. 営業権の設定

代理店がDAまたはチャンネル商品に対する広告主の営業権の設定を希望する場合、クイックスタートガイドの1.1-2の新しい広告アカウントの作成(会員登録済みの代理店が新規の広告主のアカウントを作成し、営業権をマッピングする場合)をご参照ください。
